Adult “Run What You Brung” fun class (non ISDRA Sanctioned):
2-Dog Adult Class (3.1 mi), 2 Dog Sled/Kicksled/Skijor/Fat Tire Bike Fun Run. You may run both days OR 1 day for the same entry fee. You must be preregistered by the cutoff date. You will be timed.
**NOTE: Registered Breeds must be AKC/CKC/UKC Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, or Samoyeds-NO ILP Dog

In honor of Kent Norwood (Lori Chezik’s brother) who passed away late last year, we will be having a “race within a race”. All adult classes entered in the race will be timed at the one mile mark on Saturday.
In each class, the team with the fastest first mile will receive a $100 cash award . These awards will be presented at 7:00 PM after the Saturday night Pasta Dinner. You must be present to receive your award.
Silent Auction:
We will be having a Silent Auction in the Kalkaska County Civic Center that will start on Friday, January 27, 2023 and be closed down on Saturday evening just before the Pasta Dinner.
Raffle Tickets:
We will be selling raffle tickets for a Wolftrack Dog Cart (donated by Wolftrack Dog Carts, LLC) and the other items: 4-dog gangline (donated by Dianna Koteskey and Togo Traction Bike Antenna (donated by Cold Fusion Racing) with bungee line (donated by Nooksack Racing). Tickets will be available for purchase during the race weekend.
Don't forget to purchase your tickets, they are $15 each and offer a chance at 3 great prizes!
It is appreciated if you pre-pay for your Friday and Saturday night dinner here on bytepro when you pay for your race entries, but you will be able to purchase meals on site for an extra charge of $1 per meal. Kids under 5 will eat free with a paying adult.
Friday Evening Dinner (6:00 - 7:30PM):
We will be offering a Friday night dinner before the mandatory driver’s meeting. This will be a plated dinner featuring Pulled Pork Sandwiches with baked beans, chips and salsa and includes dessert and a beverage.
Saturday Evening Dinner (5:30 - 6:30PM):
We will be offering a Pasta Dinner on Saturday evening. This will be a choice of either 1) Broccoli Alfredo; or 2) Spaghetti with meat sauce; or 3) Spaghetti with veggie sauce. Sides for all choices include coleslaw and includes dessert and a beverage.
Breakfast on SAT and Sun (7:00 - 11:00 AM):
Offered by the Kiwanis Club at the Kaliseum.
Lunch on SAT and Sun (11:00AM - 3:00 PM):
Offered by Kalkaska 4-H at the Civic Center.

Camping is available at the race site, but it will be in a designated area off the ball fields. You will have to move your vehicle and dogs as it is not located in close proximity to the start/finish chutes. You must pay for your camping reservation here on bytepro at the time you register for your entries.
