The 2023 Leelanau BirdFest will begin on Thursday, May 18, and will end on Sunday morning, May 21.
Online registration can be made any time until 12 PM on Tuesday, May 16.
In Person Registration begins: Thursday, May 18, 2023, 2:00 PM at the Habitat Discovery Center, 5020 N. Putnam Road, and field trips start at 8 AM on Friday, May 19. The $45.00 fee includes a full buffet dinner on both Friday and Saturday and coffee and breakfast rolls on Sunday morning.

- Charter Sanctuary, with Jim Kartsimas
- Piping Plover and Magnolia Warbler, with Dave Dister
- Popp Road ponds, Bodus Road fields, with Brian Allen
- Leelanau State Park, with Brian Allen
- Native Plant Guided Walk, with Mike Berst

Refund Policy: No refunds will be offered on registration fees, only on additional fees associated with special field trips and banquet. Refunds available only upon email to info@savingbirds.org or written request to Saving Birds Thru Habitat. Refunds will be made on additional fees should Birdfest cancel the offered trip or event. A 5% charge will be deducted from any refund.
