North Mitten Half Marathon, 10K & 5K
Crystal Mountain will host the North Mitten Half Marathon,10K and 5K on Sept 6th!
The Half Marathon ,10K & 5K will loop the resort property. The half marathon course is 80% dirt road/open trail and 20% paved roads. All North Mitten routes are primarily flat. A great spring race for beginners and run enthusiasts!
Expect a diverse, fast and fun race! Chipped time provided by Endurance Evolution.

Race Day Option
We require all competitors, spectators and support staff following all safety protocol in order to host this in person event!
All runners must pick up packets on Saturday Sept 5th from 2pm-5pm (note this time has changed) or Sunday Sept 6th from 7am – 830 am at the Conference Center. The line will form outside the main doors. A limited number of people will be allowed in at one time. Please come early and plan to wait in line. Participants must remain 6ft of physical distance from one another in line and at all times. Face mask are required to enter the building. Failure to follow procedures will disqualify you from the event without refund.
At Packet Pick Up you will receive your bib and tee. You will be assigned a starting time. Each wave will consist of no more than 22 runners.
Half Marathon Waves- 8am , 810am and 820am
10k Waves- 830am, 840am and 850am
5k Waves- 9am , 910am and 920am
The start /finish line will be limited to runners only. Staging areas will be marked away from the start line. Runners will be asked to approach the line just 2 minutes before the go. Flags will mark 22 starting points at 6ft apart. Please find a flag and remain there until go.
Face mask must be worn inside the marked event area at all times until go. Spectators and participants must remain socially distant and away from runners at all times. All participants and spectators must plan to bring a face mask to be inside the event area. Face masks are not required during the run. Be considerate of others space while on course. A cool down area will be provided after the race. Please stay 6ft from others, cool down and then wear a face mask to exit the area.
Awards- Anyone racing the On Course Virtual option and Race Day option will be added to the score board. There will NOT be a live awards ceremony or after party this year. Limited post-race fuel will be available for runners only. Results will be posted at http://timing.enduranceevolution.com/results/ and awards will be mailed.
Every participant will be enter into a drawing to win a kayak. The winner will be announced and posted at the finish line at 9am. The Kayak will be available for pick up at the Park at Waters Edge.
Check In/ Pick Up
Mountain on Saturday Sept 5th from 2pm -5pm. Late pick up available Sunday Sept 6th
from 7am -8:30am. It is highly encouraged to pick up packets on Saturday!
Crystal Mountain is a four season resort open to the community! Arrive early and expect to walk from the overflow parking lot to the conference center.

No pets or wheeled carts please.
What do I win?
The top three in each age group win a North Mitten prize.
The award ceremony will be held at the start/ finish tent at 10:15am.
Results are posted and updated at the start/finish tent.
