Run Walk and Wheel 5k

This is a Fundraiser being held to help the cause of Cerebral Palsy. All the money will go to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation to help with many different things. The Cerebral Palsy Foundations mission is to create a positive change for people that have CP. CPF collaborates with influential researchers, thinkers, and organizations around the world to drive significant change. They then work to better understand what is needed to effect change and how to implement it. All the work they do, they share with others so that they can make the greatest impact possible.
The Networks of Change that the CPF creates brings together many of the country's most prestigious medical institutions as well as innovative thinkers in different areas such as technology and media. The work course for this foundation includes making important strides towards eventual prevention of CP. and development disabilities. The focus is on translational research, clinical application and knowledge transfer that can change lives today.

What is the Fundraiser
The Fundraiser is a 5k Run and Walk. There will be a two lap wheel chair race held after everyone finishes for those that have disabilities. The Walkers will start at 8:15 A.M. The Runners will start at 8:30 A.M. The Two lap race is non competitive, it is just for fun so those who have CP or other disabilities can participate. There is also a bake sale and concessions as well. Donations will be available. Water is provided for free.

When and Where
It will be held at the Mesick Jr/Sr High School Cross Country course on Saturday, June 6th.

Additional Information
Prizes will be handed out to the top 3 finishers in each group. Everyone Participating will get a T-shirt that will be paid for off of registration and provided to you during the race, additional prizes will be raffled off.
