Fifth Third Bank Leapin' Leprechaun 5K!

Online registration will open on January 6, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.

You won’t need the luck of the Irish to enjoy the National Cherry Festival’s 5th annual Fifth Third Bank Leapin’ Leprechaun St. Patty’s Day 5K foot race!  Join us on Saturday, March 14th at 9:00 a.m. in Traverse City’s warehouse district and put on your GREEN!  After your run, stay with us for the NEW Post Race Party at InsideOut Gallery. 

Each racer will receive a commemorative t-shirt, accurate timing and results, medals for top finishers, prizes for best Irish costume, a complimentary beverage (must present photo ID), and free entertainment!

5K Run - Awards ceremony will be held at 10:45 a.m. on the stage at InsideOut Gallery for Overall and Masters Male/Female in the 5K Run and top three age divisions. The 5K Walk is participatory, no awards will be presented. Medals will be available at InsideOut Gallery until 11:00 a.m. and thereafter at the National Cherry Festival Office at 250 Front Street, Ste 301, Traverse City, MI 49684. No medals will be mailed.

Online Entry Fee Table:
Prior to March 1, 2014 - Adult - $30; Kids 12 & Under:  $20
March 1 - March 12, 2014 - Adult - $35; Kids 12 & Under: $25
March 13 & 14 - Adult $35; Kids 12 & Under: $25

*Register before March 1 to receive preferred t-shirt size. We will not re-order t-shirts once sizes are sold out. 

Online Registration closes March 13th at 12:00pm.

Packet Pick-Up will be on March 13th from 3:00p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at InsideOut Gallery. Also there will be late Packet Pick-Up on Saturday March 14th from 7:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. at InsideOut Gallery (located right by the start of the race).

7:30 am-8:30am Day of registration at InsideOut Gallery

8:30am- If you want to be entered in the costume contest get your picture taken by the registration table at InsideOut Gallery

9:00am- Race Starts 

10:45- Race Results announced and Costume Contest winner is announce at InsideOut Gallery

Top Finishers in each age category will recive medals! Male and Female
