Saturday, May 4, 2024

9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Arrivals and Greetings

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. General Meetings and Elections

12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Lunch on your own

1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Sled dog movies and popcorn, vendors, and silent auction bidding

5:00 p.m. - Banquet dinner, Memorial awards, certificate awards, fish stories, and trail tales. Buffet includes: salad, pasta, sauce, meatballs, chicken marsala. Note: please let us know in advance if dietary restrictions require a separate meal. We will do our best to accommodate you.

7:00 p.m. - Silent auction closes.
